Introduction to Rhythmic Gymnastics
The curriculum consists of introduction to basic body movements, elements of dance,
rhythmic apparatus and floor acrobatics; the emphasis is to improve strength, balance,
coordination and flexibility.
Classes run on Thursday from 2:30 - 3:30pm and Friday from 4:00 - 5:00pm
Rhythmic Gymnastics II
Gymnast are working on improving their basics such as pivots, leaps, body waves.
They continue to work on their skills with apparatus - ball, hoop, rope and ribbon.
Every gymnast learns a routine with one of the apparatus.
Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 5:00pm
